Acrylic and Quartz Surfacing

Rugby Architectural Building Products is one of the largest distributors in the U.S. of acrylic solid surfacing and quartz surfacing products. Our 14 distribution centers represent two of the leading manufacturers of hard surfacing products, Samsung Chemical (Staron and Radianz) and Wilsonart Solid Surfacing.  This acrylic and quartz product line is complemented by a wide array of sinks (both acrylic and stainless steel), adhesives and other accessory products used in the fabrication of these products.

These types of acrylic and quartz products are primarily used in kitchen and vanity countertop applications, and are also frequently used in numerous commercial surfacing applications.  Additional uses include wall cladding and bathroom/wardrobe partitions.  Acrylic and quartz surfacing products provide a highly functional, durable, stain resistant, easy to clean and repairable surface that require little or no maintenance.  These products are also nonporous, so bacteria, mold and moisture cannot penetrate the surface. This added hygienic property allows these products to be used in certain hospital and commercial food preparation applications where other competing materials are restricted or prohibited.
